Tennis/Lunch/Dinner $310.00 (includes use of the courts, tennis Pro,
beverages during matches)

Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Golf is limited to the first 40 golfers who sign up. Your prompt response is recommended.

Checks should be made payable to the New York Academy of Dentistry Endowment Fund.
